I had an excellent experience working with Lily Field Realty. From the very beginning, their team was professional, approachable, and highly knowledgeable about the local market. They made the entire process feel simple and well-organized, keeping me informed at every stage and always responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Their guidance and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the transaction.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and personable realtor in the Carlsbad, San Diego area, I wholeheartedly recommend Trevor. Your home buying experience will not only successful but also enjoyable.

Trevor helped my husband and me with two transactions. The first was the sale of a home held for a long time. After advising us on strategic pricing and increasing the marketability of the home, we received several offers above asking price, and selected an all-cash offer that closed quickly. Then we bought another house with several twists and turns in the transaction. Trevor expertly helped us navigate through them and eight years later, we are still here, home, and couldn't be happier. You can not go wrong letting Trevor present his plan to help you achieve the best possible result from your real estate transaction.

the absolute pleasure of working with Trevor when buying my home, and I can’t recommend him enough. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure every step was smooth and stress-free. Trevor’s expertise in real estate is unmatched, and his ability to navigate negotiations and paperwork made everything seamless. Beyond that, he genuinely cares about his clients—not just as buyers but as people. His honesty, work ethic, and attention to detail set him apart from other agents. The team at Lily Field Realty operates with integrity and passion. Whether you need help finding your dream home or just want to work with people you can actually trust, Trevor and his team are the ones to go to.
